Using Raven Mall

Raven Mall is a free place to discover and list independent websites, stores and services. Accounts, listings and optional Recommended placement have no subscription or scheduled end date. We may pause or discontinue features, and we will update this page when these terms change.

Your account and listings

Give accurate information about yourself and any business you list. List only businesses and content you own or are authorized to represent. Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for activity through your account and for the information you publish.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of content you submit. By publishing it, you allow Raven Mall to host, display and share it as needed to operate the directory. You confirm you have rights to any logos, images, text and links you submit. Do not upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or spam content, or links designed to harm visitors.

Moderation

You can remove your listing. We can hide, suspend or remove listings and restrict accounts to protect users, respond to reports or enforce these terms. Removed listing records may be retained for recovery, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Contact us if you want to request account data access or deletion.

External businesses

Businesses supply their own listing details. Raven Mall does not independently verify their claims, guarantee safety, customers or sales, or handle purchases made on external websites. Check a destination before sharing sensitive information or buying. Other sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
